you'll first be walked through an automatic menu where you need to answer some questions on what product you're trying to activate (Windows 10), whether you've got previously activated it (No), and whether you've got a product key (Yes).
The automated system will now describe the web Activation process to you. You already know this information, but simply look ahead to it to finish. At the end, the system will ask you if you continue to need assistance. Tell it “Yes”, and so you'll be taken to a person's operator.
The human operator will ask confirmation of what product you're trying to activate (Windows 10), and so they're going to ask you if you've got an Installation ID (Yes – it’s on the identical screen because the number you called).
The human operator will then ask you to read them that number. I’ve found you'll read it to them relatively quickly and that they sustain just fine; and if you speak clearly, you always only need to read it once.
The human operator will then turn you back over to the automated phone system, which after some brief instructions will read your Confirmation ID to you. So once the human operator hands the decision back to the automated system, click “Enter Confirmation ID” and sort within the numbers once they are read to you.
